I prefer GameMaker because you have more control over your game. In MissionMaker you use rule instead of events and actions like in GameMaker. In GameMaker you have to start from scratch but in MissionMaker some of the rule have already been made up. For Example in GameMaker if you make a wall you have to make a action if the player hits the but in MissionMaker it is already done for you.
